Learn from someone who has actually done it.
Not a course. Not a bootcamp. This Azure mentorship program is built on 20+ years of real-world experience in Azure architecture, cloud infrastructure, IT consulting, and technical training, structured around where you are and where you want to go.
Whether you’re an engineer looking to level up, a senior professional transitioning into architecture, or someone considering the move into independent consulting, IronByte mentorship gives you a practical, honest sounding board and a clear path forward.
How It Works
IronByte mentorship runs in two formats, designed to fit different needs and levels of commitment.
Group Mentorship – Free
A small, focused group built around Azure Administration and Automation. Sessions cover core administration concepts, networking, identity and access management, monitoring, governance, and infrastructure-as-code. Each session builds on the previous one, combining structured topics with real-world scenarios and open discussion.
The program runs for 4 months, with 8 sessions in total, held every 2 weeks and lasting 90 minutes each. Maximum 6 participants per group to keep sessions focused and genuinely useful.
What to expect:
- 90 minutes, every two weeks, across 4 months; 8 sessions in total
- Maximum 6 participants per group
- Live sessions via Microsoft Teams
- Mix of structured topic and open Q&A
- Access to session notes and follow-up resources
Who it’s for: Junior and mid-level Azure engineers and administrators who want structured, senior-level guidance without a financial commitment.
Language: Sessions can be delivered in English or BCS languages (Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian). Language is confirmed when the group is formed.
Cost: FREE
Individual Mentorship – Paid
One-on-one sessions built entirely around your situation. Whether you need help navigating a complex Azure architecture decision, preparing for a career transition, or building the foundations of your own consulting practice, this is direct, senior-level guidance with no distractions.
What to expect:
- Personal intake to understand your goals and current situation
- Sessions scheduled around your availability
- Practical, actionable guidance. Not generic advice
- Direct access to Vladimir between sessions for follow-up questions
Who it’s for: Professionals who want focused, personalized mentorship and are serious about making progress.
Language: Sessions are available in English or BCS languages (Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian), your preference, your choice.
Pricing: Starting at 249€ per month, depending on the number of sessions. Exact pricing discussed during intake.
What to Expect and What This Is Not
Group Mentorship
Sessions follow a structured program covering core Azure topics, but they are not traditional training. There are no lectures to sit through passively, no exercises handed to you on a plate. Each session builds on the previous one through discussion, real-world scenarios, and open Q&A. You are expected to come prepared, engage actively, and continue learning independently between sessions.
This program is not for passive learners. If you’re ready to put in the work and benefit from senior-level guidance alongside a small group of peers, it is.
Still need structured technical training first? Visit the Technical Training page.
Individual Mentorship
IronByte individual mentorship is built around real conversation, not scripted content. Sessions are practical and direct, focused on your actual situation, the decisions you’re facing, the gaps you want to close, and the direction you want to move in. You’ll get honest input, not polished reassurance.
This is not a course, a bootcamp, or a certification prep program. There are no pre-recorded videos, no fixed syllabus, and no hand-holding. If you want someone to hand you a roadmap and check your homework, this isn’t it. Someone who is ready to take ownership of their growth and use senior-level input to move faster and smarter will get the most out of this.
Not sure if you’re ready for individual mentorship yet? The Group Mentorship or Technical Training page might be a better starting point.
Who This Is For
IronByte’s Azure mentorship program is designed for:
- Junior and mid-level Azure engineers who want to accelerate their growth and avoid common mistakes
- Senior engineers and architects ready to move into more strategic, design-focused roles
- IT professionals considering a transition into independent consulting who want honest, practical guidance from someone who has made that move
If you are not sure which tier fits you, start with the group sessions. Many individual mentorship participants start there first.
